ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Ron Knowles is a faculty member and professor of Small Business at Algonquin College, Ottawa. An economist by education (M.A., McMaster University), Ron has owned and operated several small businesses and is a recognized leader in the small business community. He is now a public speaker, seminar leader, and consultant, and has lectured internationally on small business issues. Ron’s accomplishments include a number of textbooks on Canadian business, a small business video series for TVOntario, and a weekly radio show on small business.
